We sell products to legal or private persons over 18 years. Product prices includen current VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices or shipping costs.

Ordering

Orders are placed by placing items in the shopping cart and paying them in the payment service. By placing an order, the customer confirms to have read and agreed to current terms and conditions.

Contact information obtained with ordering is only used for shipping the order or sorting out any unclarities in said order, unless stated otherwise. Read more in our privacy policy.

Payment

We use Klarna Checkout and PayPal payment methods.

By Klarna Checkout payment service you can pay using invoice as well as card and bank payments. By giving information at the checkout, you agree to Klarna AB terms and conditions.

PayPal payments are made from your PayPal account or credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express). Paying with credit card doesn't require PayPal registration. By giving information at the checkout, you agree to PayPal's terms and conditions.

By pressing "Buy" you agree to Undreamt. current terms and conditions.

Order- and payment confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation by email, containing order reference, items ordered and total sum. Always check the order confirmation. If you have any questions, please contact us as soon as possible by e-mail or using the contact form.

Shipping

An estimate of the shipping cost is visible in the shopping cart. You can see the final shipping cost after choosing your preferred payment and shipping methods. The alternatives available depend on the ordered items and their total weight.

The seller is not responsible for any custom fees or import taxes that may apply when ordering from outside EU.

Your order will be shipped in 1-3 working days. Shipping times vary depending on shipping method. We will provide an estimate of shipping time in the shipping confirmation.

In case of Force majeure (strikes, civil unrest, natural catastrophe etc), we cannot be held responsible for any shipping delay. Information about abnormal delivery times will be posted in our News section.

Return and exchange

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods. To use this right the customer needs to inform the seller by email or contact form within those 14 days.

The products need to be sent back unused in original packing immediately or at the latest within 14 days after the cancelling notice. If the product is clearly used or otherwise mishandled, we will not accept the return and will not return your payment. We reserve the right to determine if the product has been used or mishandled.

After receiving an acceptable return, we will immediately return your payment, including basic shipping cost.

According to Finnish Consumer Law, the return and exchange right does not apply to custom made products.

Unclaimed parcel

To not claim your parcel is not the same as cancelling your purchase. We will detain the shipping costs for unclaimed parcels.

Shipping problems

If the product is lost or damaged during transport, the customer needs to inform the seller by email or contact form within 14 days. In case of clear shipping damage, the customer needs to immediately contact the shipping company in question.
